Deena
Deena was acquired through Shelley Watts-Cross, the developer of the King Shepherd breed. She is turning into a fine example of what a King Shepherd should represent.
From a very early age, Deena was gentle and composed enough to be in the company of the elderly. She loves visiting them at the assisted living center. We find it to be as therapeutic to her, as it is to them that see her.
At home, Deena watches over her property from the vantage of the front porch. Though loving to those that she recognizes, a King Shepherd is an intimidating sight to any stranger who might be approaching.
Even under one year of age, her obediance level is exemplary. This breed is both incredibly smart and has an amazing willingness to please.
Accomplishments:
2008 - PennHIP tested and found to be well within acceptable limits.
She has done well in her first few shows, having placed with several blue ribbons.
